Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Team to manage our Student Placement and Graduate placement programmes, supporting the identification of top talent for the organisation and proactively managing a diverse talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Promote the company's culture, values, and benefits to attract high-quality candidates, including College Placement Students and Graduates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities and career services to source top graduate talent.
- Coordinate career fairs, including event planning and reservations.
- Represent Walls Construction at career fairs, showcasing the company's opportunities.
- Manage our College Student Placement programme and Graduate Placement programme.
- Advertise placement opportunities and Graduate positions with relevant colleges.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of student placements, including organising end-of-placement presentations.
- Ensure that reviews are completed for Students before their leaving date.
- Input new starter details on the HR system and collate and follow up on documentation, training certificates, etc., required.
- Souce qualified candidates, review CVs, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner.
- Manage communications with candidates regarding progress and outcomes of interviews.
- Coordinate key activities associated with the onboarding process.
- Assist with Work Permit and Visa applications.
- Manage relations with agency partners through proactive engagement.
- Maintain recruitment systems on a daily/weekly basis to ensure information is kept up-to-date for weekly and monthly reports.
- Engage with the wider HR team and relevant Site Teams ahead of new joiners starting to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Raise PO requests to ensure timely payment of recruitment invoices.
- Post recruitment adverts across all relevant social media platforms, job boards, etc.
- Monitor the recruitment mailbox.
- Keep up to date with current recruitment trends and best practices and actively participate in initiatives to continually improve the quality and efficiency of our sourcing, recruitment, and hiring processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and develop quarterly and annual reports.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, analytical thinking ability, and the ability to create strong stakeholder relationships. They must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to work collaboratively across functions, and integrate multiple points of view into a streamlined action plan. Good interpersonal skills and a high level of confidentiality are also required.
