Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Services Provider. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and adults with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a QQI Level 5 Major Award in Social Care or a related field
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
