Indirect Procurement Expert

We are seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Specialist to join our team. As an expert in procurement strategies, spend analysis, budget preparation, supplier negotiation, and process improvement, you will play a key role in driving cost savings and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize resource allocation and drive business growth.
  • Analyze spend data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to prepare annual budgets and provide data insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure best prices and terms that meet business needs.
  • Manage a portfolio of indirect procurement suppliers and review new supplier requests to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Improve procurement processes and operational management requirements to enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of commercial experience in procurement or negotiation, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Preferably with IT experience, but not essential; we value transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment, with a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.
