Senior Risk Manager Position

This role involves controlling, reporting and analysis of the risk management framework. The Senior Risk Manager will be responsible for assessing new business initiatives from a fund risk perspective and supporting the Risk Management team in designing effective risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform controls on the Fund Risk Frameworks to ensure adherence across market, credit, liquidity, ESG, risk and related areas.
  • Provide independent, economic and quantitative analysis to Senior Management.
  • Develop, prepare and analyze the firm's Sustainability Risk assessments.
  • Act as first point of contact for review and challenge of CIO team's interpretation and application of the risk frameworks.
  • Lead the risk review and analysis for the new product approval process.

Requirements:

  • At least 7-10 years' experience in senior risk management or fund/asset management.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Assertive communication skills and ability to challenge views of senior investment professionals.
  • Proficiency in Fund Risk reporting using tools such as Factset and Morningstar.
