Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional food service in line with service standards and performance metrics
  • Provide a friendly, welcoming experience for colleagues, clients, and customers
  • Assist with daily food preparation, service setup, and meal serving
  • Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized service and dining areas
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, allergen, and storage procedures at all times
  • Support hospitality services and special functions when required
  • Attend training and team meetings to continuously improve service quality
