Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Installation Supervisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical installations, particularly HVAC and pipework systems. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Liaising with project managers and contractors to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Supervising the on-site workforce to maintain safety and quality standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards at all times.
  • Performing quality control inspections and resolving issues or discrepancies.
  • Coordinating material and equipment delivery to the site and managing logistics.
  • Providing technical support on the installation of HVAC and pipework systems.
  • Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure work is completed as per client requirements.

Key Requirements include:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Installation Supervisor, with a focus on HVAC and pipework mechanical installation.
  • A strong understanding of mechanical installation techniques and systems.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly in construction and mechanical installation projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and liaise with clients.
  • Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent) preferred.
