Site Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of mechanical and electrical systems on high-density residential projects.

This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and ensure quality of M&E system installations across multiple projects during various build stages.
  • Develop and implement M&E quality systems, including online management portals.
  • Supervise M&E sub-contractors onsite, ensuring quality expectations are met and aligned with project schedules.
  • Support site construction management teams with on-site M&E installations and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Coordinate project design teams as required.
  • Inspect and record sub-contractor quality documentation and conduct quality audits across live projects.
  • Contribute to our innovation process by implementing best-in-class mechanical and electrical systems, products, and processes.
  • Provide support for internal aftercare functions, troubleshooting, and escalating M&E-related issues when necessary.
  • Manage mains service diversions with Utility Providers and site teams.
  • Collaborate with Public Utility providers and local authorities to ensure timely delivery of essential services to new developments.
Candidate Requirements:
  • M&E background desirable with relevant certification.
  • Further education in M&E Engineering is a plus but not essential.
  • 5+ years post-qualification experience in a similar role.
  • A desire to improve installation quality and procedures.
  • Experience with PM software platforms.
  • Team player with strong organizational, self-motivation, and initiative skills.
  • Strong relationship builder and communicator.
  • Focus on deadlines and commitment to project delivery.
  • Willingsness to travel between sites and hold a full driving licence.
