Operations Analyst Internship Opportunity

This role offers an invaluable chance to gain experience at a leading financial institution. You will be introduced to the Operations division and learn about the products traded by our company, as well as how we manage them operationally to meet client needs.

Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Client Management: Assist with onboarding new clients, including Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes, as well as ongoing client refresh.
  • Trade Support: Validate and maintain trades, clear and settle transactions, and perform breaks reconciliation.
  • Data Management: Accurately set up client, account, and product reference data, collect and analyze data, and implement process and risk reviews for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this internship, you must have strong analytical skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should have fluency in written and spoken English and demonstrate integrity and ethics through consistent honesty and professionalism in all interactions.
