">We are seeking a skilled Digital Archivist to join our team and play a key role in the preservation and accessibility of our digital archive collection. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and preserving born-digital and digitized archive material, implementing a Digital Preservation Management System and leading all aspects of the preservation process from cataloguing to ingestion to secure storage.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about preserving our heritage and making it accessible to a wide range of audiences. As a Digital Archivist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in digital preservation, project management and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in archives and records management, with experience working with digital collections and managing multiple digital projects. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
