We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Artemis Human Capital.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with 2-3 years of experience who is looking for a dynamic role with flexibility.


Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting key HR functions, employee relations, and health & safety compliance within a busy manufacturing environment.

This includes maintaining accurate records, updating policies, and supporting recruitment and onboarding.


Key Responsibilities

  1. HR Functions: Support key HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  2. Health & Safety: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  3. Documentation: Keep all HR-related documents up to date.
  4. General Admin: Provide administrative support to other departments.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative experience (HR or H&S experience desirable).
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience managing records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
