- Keep accurate records and update client files, suggesting retail products or additional services as needed to enhance the overall experience.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and guests, reporting any issues or breaches in company procedures to ensure a seamless service.
- Act as a role model for junior therapists, providing guidance and training as required to promote skill development and teamwork.
- Familiarity with hotel and golf links fire and health and safety procedures, ensuring a secure working environment.
- Knowledge of hygiene standards and health and safety regulations, adhering to strict protocols.
- Ability to complete duties with due care for the health and safety of yourself and others, prioritizing well-being.
- Personal presentation should meet department standards manual, presenting a professional image.
