Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Relationship Director to join our team in Ireland.

This role is pivotal in implementing our European business plan, overseeing the growth and management of new and existing clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving complex change and growth across various sectors
  • Familiarity with corporate banking products including Debt, Trade, Working Capital, Cash, and transactional products, and FX
  • In-depth knowledge of fund finance, particularly subscription line/capital call facilities
  • Understanding of financing needs for insurance clients, including Debt and Trade Finance Solutions
  • Risk management and control expertise, accounting policies, and financial control
  • International experience and proficiency in English

Desirable skills include Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFI) experience, ability to work collaboratively in a team, leadership, and management of others.

This role falls under the Central Bank of Ireland Fitness and Probity Regulations and may require regulatory qualifications or internal benchmarks.

The primary objective of this position is to establish and nurture profitable partnerships with corporate and individual clients, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term success.

Main accountabilities include managing client relationships, researching industry trends, designing customised solutions, communicating value propositions, and assessing financial, legal, and operational risks.

Vice President expectations include contributing to strategy, driving requirements, making recommendations for change, planning resources, budgets, and policies, managing and maintaining policies/processes, delivering continuous improvements, and escalating breaches of policies/procedures.
