Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvements and system enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and systems across Linesight and IPS.
  • Leverage expertise in Oracle Fusion adoption and process analysis/reengineering to inform enhancements.
  • Drive the development of financial reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Provide guidance and support to the support team to deliver system enhancements.

About You

  • A qualified accountant with relevant PQE.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion adoption (or similar ERP) and process analysis/reengineering – professional services experience in this context is an advantage.
  • Ability to define and lead process reengineering and system enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting processes and their manifestation in accounting systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process optimization and associated system enhancement roll-out.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams across different geographies.
