We are seeking a Purchasing Assistant to join our team at Primtac Personnel Ltd. As a Purchasing Assistant, you will support the Procurement Officer in maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with suppliers to place, confirm and progress orders, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials
  • Assist the Procurement Officer in developing and implementing effective purchasing strategies
  • Analyze and resolve supply chain disruptions to minimize their impact on production operations

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience of procurement software an advantage
