We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our team in Wicklow. As a Setting Out Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to set out the construction works on site, ensuring that all works are completed in line with project drawings, specifications, and building regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the management and Senior Engineer with day-to-day management of the site technical & engineering requirements.
  • Implement quality control measures on the site, ensuring compliance with the overall BCAR plan for the project.
  • Work with the Project Team to identify information gaps, develop solutions, and rectify them in conjunction with the site and design team in a timely manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in Civil Engineering, setting out experience, and previous experience working with main or sub-contractor companies.

You should also possess a full clean Irish driving license, knowledge of construction techniques, and strong numeracy and record-keeping skills.
