Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Infrastructure Delivery Specialist to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT outsourcing projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex infrastructure initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring seamless integration with our internal stakeholders and external service providers.

Your primary focus will be on managing the full project lifecycle, defining project scope, budget, and timeline. You will engage with key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes, coordinate resource planning, risk management, and change control throughout the program.

In addition, you will establish governance frameworks to monitor performance, service levels, and compliance during transition. Your expertise in facilitating knowledge transfer and service continuity during migration to third-party providers will be invaluable.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering complex IT managed service projects and IT business readiness, with a strong commercial and vendor management background. A deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments is essential, along with familiarity with ITIL-based service transition and service management models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in project management with at least 5 years in large infrastructure outsourcing projects
  • Extensive experience delivering complex IT managed service projects and IT business readiness
  • Strong commercial and vendor management skills with proven experience negotiating with third-party service providers
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based service transition and service management models
