Job Summary

As a critical member of our Infrastructure department, this IT Asset Management (ITAM) specialist will play a pivotal role in reducing operational burden on subject matter experts and team leads.

The successful candidate will work closely with the ITAM team to gather, interpret, and deliver infrastructure asset data and insights. They will serve as the primary point of contact between the Infrastructure and ITAM teams, facilitating efficient information flow and collaboration.

Key responsibilities include coordinating responses to infrastructure-related queries and reporting requirements with the Technology Risk and Audit teams, as well as providing insights and reporting on infrastructure assets using various tools.

Requirements:

">
  • Proven experience working within an enterprise environment, preferably in an Infrastructure department.">
  • Thorough understanding of infrastructure asset management practices and lifecycle.">
  • Hands-on experience with Service Now, Active Directory, VMware v Center, SCCM, Tanium, Logic Monitor, Solarwinds, Control Up, NICE NTR-X, Cisco Webex, and MS- for maintaining and improving asset discovery and reporting processes.">
