Key Responsibilities- Support and scale infrastructure for millions of learners
- Collaborate with the SRE/DevOps team to refine ideas and prepare proof-of-concepts
- Work with engineering teams to design optimized schemas for data consistency and reliability
- Bring automation and stability to database platforms ensuring 100% availability of database services
- Substantial hands-on experience in Agile environments
- Significant experience using AWS in production and managing cloud infrastructure as code (Terraform)
- Strong understanding of distributed computing environments
- Experience in multiple database technologies including Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases in AWS
A chance to work on interesting technology problems, implement the latest thinking, and plan for the future. Ownership to design and implement necessary infrastructure and involvement in daily management of our AWS infrastructure.
