Upgrade Project Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate multiple Investment Management System (IMS) upgrade initiatives across internal teams and global locations.
This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, resource plans, and clearly defined dependencies, while managing virtual project teams and assigning responsibilities.
Monitoring project progress, risks, and milestones is key, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
Effective communication between internal and external stakeholders, including offshore teams and vendors, is crucial for success.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and excellent problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple IMS upgrade projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and dependencies.
- Manage virtual project teams and assign responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and milestones.
- Foster effective communication between stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing large-scale regulatory or enterprise-wide technology projects.
- Financial services experience, particularly in Fund Accounting, Custody, or Back Office operations, is preferred.
