Clinical Nurse Specialist in Tissue Viability and Lymphoedema
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tissue viability and lymphoedema cases, working closely with healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage patients with tissue viability and lymphoedema conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Registration as a nurse with a recognized nursing body
- Experience in tissue viability and lymphoedema management
- Certification in lymphoedema management from a recognized school of lymphoedema care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
