Community Liaison

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with customers, delivering exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.

The Opportunity

As a Community Liaison, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

A Typical Day at Our Centre

On a typical day, you will arrive before the centre opens to ensure everything is ready. Customers will start arriving, and you will be dealing with a range of requests, from WiFi code changes to package pickups.

You will be sorting mail while attending to customer inquiries, remembering to follow up with customers as needed. Lunchtime will provide a brief respite before you sit down with the Centre Manager to discuss upcoming events.

Early afternoon will see you planning and coordinating networking events, creating invitations, printing posters, and distributing them around the centre. As the day winds down, you will gently ask groups to wrap up their meetings and direct them to nearby restaurants.

Once the last person has left and everything is tidy, it's time to head home.

About You

We are looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing exceptional customer service. You should also be:

  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to take ownership of problems and find creative solutions
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable in fast-paced situations
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and other basic IT packages
