Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and process legal paperwork for property transfers and sales.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and estate agents to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Coordinate diary scheduling and meeting arrangements to optimize productivity.
  • Complete thorough property searches and manage online submissions efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
  • Monitor case progress and manage routine correspondence in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a legal support role, particularly in property/conveyancing, is highly valued.
  • A solid understanding of land registration processes, drafting legal forms, and SDLT submissions is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and proficiency in MS Office and case management systems are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and maintain discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential matters.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills are required to excel in this role.
