Job Title: Project Cost Estimator

The role of the successful candidate will involve tendering for all construction and electrical projects across Ireland and the UK. This includes preparing and collating accurate, detailed, and timely tenders based on drawings, specifications, bills of quantities and other information to secure profitable work orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Preparing comprehensive project estimates and quotations to meet business objectives.
  2. Sourcing subcontractor and supplier quotations, analysing information for ambiguity, risk and qualification and seeking clarification where necessary.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working as an estimator or electrical engineer performing an estimator role with a reputable general contractor.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical and IT skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality tenders within agreed timelines.
