We are delighted to partner with a rapidly growing organisation in County Kildare to recruit for the newly created Senior HR Manager role. As HR Manager, you will play a key part in shaping the company's future, driving strategic growth and development, and delivering high-quality HR services.

The role offers a unique opportunity to take on a challenging and rewarding position, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive business success. You will be responsible for:

  • Driving strategic HR initiatives that align with company objectives
  • Providing expert coaching and guidance to employees at all levels
  • Leading recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent
  • Managing employee relations cases, ensuring full compliance with employment legislation

To be successful as HR Manager, you will require:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at Director or Managerial level
  • Proven experience advising senior leadership, leading recruitment activities, and refining HR policies & procedures
  • Proficiency in HR systems, performance appraisals, and training & development planning

We offer a competitive salary, performance-based discretionary bonus, 21 days of annual leave plus bank holidays off, no weekend work, fuel allowance card, and full autonomy within the HR function.
