Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals in their daily lives, providing individual care and maintaining appropriate relationships.

  • You will work as part of an effective team to provide support and assistance to service users, communicating and working well with them to provide individual care and maintain relationships.
  • You will support individuals throughout activities, giving positive feedback and encouragement to help them achieve their goals.
  • You will update and maintain accurate records using a tablet on our Information Management system.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about supporting people to live their best lives and have the flexibility to pick up shifts that suit them. No previous experience is required, as we provide full training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual care and support to service users
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
