Job Description

Elevate the safety standards of food products by adhering to regulatory guidelines from central authorities and external bodies. Conduct thorough inspections, implement control measures, and maintain stringent hygiene practices. Maintain comprehensive records and documentation. Prepare for internal and external audits, such as ISO 9001 and Ferrero Food Safety Audit.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on audit activities, train auditors, and conduct reciprocal audits in other facilities. Monitor Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and collaborate on action plans. Manage Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) status updates and coordinate implementation. Update Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) plans using risk analysis, manage the food safety team, and coordinate environmental monitoring.

Manage traceability, conduct regular patrols, and train staff in Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Establish rules based on group guidelines and external standards. Draft manuals, procedures, and manage plant documentation. Supervise contractors and execute purchasing processes for food safety activities. Coordinate projects and ensure roles are covered during absences.
