About the Role:

  • Develop internal policies and best practices based on guidelines from the central team and external organizations.
  • Ensure food products meet safety and quality standards, adhering to HACCP principles.
  • Conduct inspections, implement control measures, and maintain adherence to hygiene practices.
  • Maintain structured records and documentation control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for and attend internal and external audits (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, FSMA).
  • Coordinate with other departments in audit activities.
  • Guarantee internal audits (planning, execution, monitoring, and training of auditors).
  • Perform cross-audits in other facilities (1-2/year).
  • Monitor Quality KPIs and collaborate with stakeholders on action plans.
  • Coordinate CAPA status updates and collaborate with stakeholders on implementation.
  • Update HACCP plans using risk analysis method, manage the food safety team.
  • Coordinate Environmental Monitoring Plan and collaborate with stakeholders on implementation.
  • Manage traceability in the facility and coordinate simulation for traceability.
  • Coordinate Patrol Walk.
  • Conduct training in Food Safety, GMP in Production, GMP for Maintenance, PRPs, etc.
  • Establish rules based on group guidelines and external standards.
  • Draft Manuals & Procedures and Manage Plant Quality Documentation System.
  • Supervise external contractors including pest control, cleaning, and calibration.
  • Execute the purchasing process for food safety related activities.
  • Coordinate Food Safety related projects.
  • Assure presence of all needed roles through substitution of absent colleagues.
