Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Food Science or a relevant field and have 5+ years of experience in food safety or quality roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting and coordinating internal and external audits, focusing on ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and FSMA standards.
  • Monitoring and reporting on Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), consumer complaints, and non-conformities.
  • Developing and maintaining Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) plans to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Coordinating environmental monitoring activities, traceability exercises, and patrol walks to maintain a high level of product quality.
  • Delivering training sessions on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, and production standards to employees.
  • Maintaining accurate records of plant quality documentation and managing relationships with external contractors.
