Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the production of safe and compliant products.
  • Assist with quality procedures, document control, and maintain department files.
  • Carry out scheduled audits and evaluate written SOPs and their implementation.
  • Manage non-conformance logs and communicate them to relevant personnel.
  • Investigate complaints, including root cause analysis.
  • Sample microbiological and chemical aspects of finished products and raw materials.
  • Conduct internal audits and assist with external and customer audits.

The ideal candidate will have or demonstrate a degree in a related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office, decisiveness, teamwork skills, strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and HACCP training is an advantage.
