Key Responsibilities- We are seeking someone with exceptional leadership skills to oversee our cybersecurity strategy and governance, establishing and maintaining robust information security frameworks, policies, procedures, and standards.
- Develop and lead our cybersecurity programme, ensuring all necessary security measures are in place to protect our infrastructure and applications.
- Manage network and security infrastructures supporting enterprise-grade business infrastructure, covering all OSI network stack layers.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of cybersecurity technologies, including SIEM, SOC, PAM, IDP/IPs, Firewalls, etc.
- Evaluate and ensure that external managed service providers comply with our cybersecurity policies and standards.
- Respond to and manage cybersecurity incidents and breaches, such as ransomware attacks, malware attacks, phishing attempts, etc.
- Lead vulnerability assessments and penetration testing initiatives, overseeing cybersecurity spending.
- Develop and implement Cybersecurity Awareness Training and phishing simulation exercises for all staff.
- Review cybersecurity requirements in outgoing requests for tenders (RFTs) and requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Proven experience and expertise across various cybersecurity areas, including policy development, risk management, information security tools, management reporting, governance, leadership, regulatory compliance, and technical ability to evaluate and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
- Experience leading, managing, and developing a team, with a track record of taking initiative and adopting a proactive approach within a cybersecurity role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
