Job Role:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Customer Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
  • To evaluate incoming technical support requests and collect relevant information to facilitate swift resolution
  • To provide expert technical support to resolve installation and product issues
  • To prioritise and coordinate the scheduling of service visits
  • To manage relationships and service schedules with both internal and external technical service agents
  • To collaborate with stock control to ensure the availability of spare parts and components
  • To oversee service jobs to ensure they are resolved efficiently and professionally
  • To maintain and update product specifications across relevant platforms
  • To partner with the Product Development team to integrate customer feedback and enhance product quality

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or aftersales role
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing and bathroom product ranges
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Professional telephone manner and confident client-facing abilities
  • Detail-oriented, highly organised, and skilled in prioritising workload
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
