We are seeking a Customer Support Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience or those with retail experience seeking a new challenge.
About the PositionThe selected candidate will work on-site and report directly to the Assistant or Store Manager. Responsibilities may include assisting on the tills, advising customers, and working in the back shop. Key duties include:
- Providing exceptional customer service by listening actively, answering questions, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Staying informed about in-store promotions and schemes to effectively communicate them to customers.
- Ensuring store operations run smoothly, including maintaining product displays, providing great service at checkout, and assisting with stockroom tasks.
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver an outstanding shopping experience, ensuring the store is clean and presentable.
While full training is provided, we seek candidates who possess:
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- A passion for teamwork and promoting a collaborative atmosphere.
- An understanding of the importance of attention to detail in customer interactions.
- A desire to be a brand ambassador and help customers find the best products for their needs.
