This is a key position in our facilities management team, responsible for coordinating facility tasks and work orders with clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Building Audits: Conduct daily cleaning checks, log on spreadsheet, and liaise with cleaning supervisor.
- Air Conditioning: Monitor aircon regularly, action aircon requests, and arrange callouts when needed.
- Stationary Management: Monitor stationary levels, re-stock Stationary rooms, maintain core stationary levels in WPS, and place monthly orders.
- Cleaning Requirements: Ad hoc cleaning requirements including cutlery, counters, spillages, etc.
- Furniture Check: Daily WPS Storeroom Check, Building Signage Review, Plant & Switch Room checks, Exterior Building Checks, i.e. Gen Cage, Bins, AHU containments.
- Vending Machines: Monitor vending machines for issues and arrange call outs when needed.
- Gym Equipment: Ensure gym equipment is up to standard and weekly audits complete.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Arrange bike shed access for partners, arrange gym access for partners, arrange lockers for and storage for partners, order and fill skip onsite with unused office materials/equipment when required.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our maintenance and repair operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with clients, vendors, and contractors.
