Job Title: Senior Compliance Manager

The role requires a senior compliance professional to oversee and maintain the firm's compliance processes, systems and technology to ensure best practice is maintained. The successful candidate will have a proven background in financial planning or wealth management, ideally with experience in drafting and implementing processes and handling a firm's compliance needs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be 'obsessed' with the standard of work, always ensuring compliance-forward thinking. They will also be able to build and maintain audit processes and oversee key Management Information data and FCA reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and maintenance of robust processes and systems to ensure that the firm's Compliance / Consumer Duty obligations are consistently met.
  • Regular liaison with external compliance consultants.
  • Ensuring the adoption of key technologies to conduct client-focused work in the most efficient manner possible.
  • Oversight of key Management Information data and fulfillment of ongoing FCA Reporting requirements.

About You:

  • Ideally, you will have a Level 4 Diploma qualification and any further professional qualifications will be a bonus.
  • You will be experienced in financial planning or wealth management and have excellent communication skills.
  • You will be proactive in maintaining high standards of work and ensuring compliance-forward thinking at all times.
