Product Analyst Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new, innovative Generative AI team at a leading organization. We are making long-term investments in the future of our business and need skilled professionals like you to help us achieve our vision.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing product performance baselining, articulating OKRs and establishing product goals in relation to current performance. You will also be expected to advocate for customer needs in defining innovative digital solutions and product vision that drive business value.

Additionally, you will conduct research to identify user personas, pain points, and journeys and analyze this information to inform product development. This includes A/B testing, concept testing, data analysis and providing insights to drive prioritization of product features.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, test and deliver innovative solutions. Your ability to effectively balance multiple priorities including business value, stakeholder impact, speed to market and technical feasibility will be critical to your success.

A strong understanding of LEAN and design thinking methodologies is essential, as well as experience using data to inform feature prioritization in line with user needs, commercial and strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of launching data-driven digital products and articulating product vision and alignment with strategic goals. They will also have experience conducting field/user research to validate user goals, frictions and behaviors.

Requirements
  • Experience launching data-driven digital products and articulating product vision and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Track record conducting field/user research to validate user goals, frictions and behaviors.
  • Good understanding of LEAN and design thinking methodologies.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment through excellent time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in financial services or insurance.
  • Possession of a strong passion for innovation and new technologies, specifically within AI and GenAI.
