About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled App Product Management Specialist to join our team at the National Transport Authority (NTA). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our mobile apps, working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs.

Main Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Creating and maintaining product roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs of features.
  • Writing and reviewing user stories for new features and enhancements.
  • Ensuring all new features and enhancements are comprehensive, unambiguous, and aligned with NTA's needs.
  • Working with suppliers to improve usability and accessibility of mobile apps.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a product owner role overseeing the design of mobile apps.
  • Substantive experience in defining user stories and wireframes for implementation by mobile app developers.
  • Substantive experience in requirements capture and analysis, and developing clear, concise, and comprehensive requirements for new features/enhancements.
  • Substantive experience in analyzing user behavior and using this insight to modify app features or design new features.

Desirable Criteria:
If selected for further consideration, we may assess your experience in areas such as:
  • Experience as a product owner of an app that includes in-app payments via debit/credit card or mobile wallet.
  • Experience analyzing the use of various app features by end users and using such data to inform future enhancements.
  • Experience of tools such as JIRA, Figma, and Trello or similar.
  • Experience in working with outsourced app development teams.
