Change Management Professional – Marketplace E-commerce Programme

We are seeking an experienced change management professional to support the transformational initiative for our e-commerce marketplace programme. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our organisation is prepared, engaged, and equipped to adopt new ways of working across multiple business areas. This position will drive business impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness activities across all business areas.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy and plan for the marketplace programme.
  • Conduct business impact assessments across key business areas, including B2B, Commercial, Legal & Regulatory, Channels, Finance, and go-to-market teams.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness planning to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Design and deliver interventions, including leadership alignment, change agent networks, workshops, and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of change and readiness deliverables.
  • Track and report on change progress, stakeholder readiness, adoption, and manage resistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a change manager on large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong expertise in change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work across complex, cross-functional programmes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in e-commerce, digital, or technology-driven programmes is an advantage.
  • Change management certification is desired but not essential.
