Overview

We are looking for high-energy, motivated and creative-minded people who want to make lasting change for our clients. With the ability to use your creative thinking, you'll support clients in adopting new ways of working, whether it's process, technology or disruption-led. Working with a combination of junior and senior change colleagues, you will lead in delivering a change management package or workstream, providing effective support to teams and guiding senior stakeholders. The delivery of a change management package and workstream is likely to include the development of change impact assessments, training needs analysis, communication strategies, and training design and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Be able to apply best-practice change management methodologies and manage junior team members to ensuring they build their knowledge and change capability
  • Facilitate scoping and business priority setting for complex changes, engaging senior stakeholders as required.
  • Complete stakeholder examination and develop communications plans.
  • Develop project plans using standard project management tools.
  • Demonstrate innovation in communications, utilising digital tools and techniques.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and project post-mortem for lessons learned and improving best practices.
  • Support/lead in the design and delivery of training plans and strategy
  • Support the Expleo Change leadership, and lead in the development of change materials.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent work experience

Desirable

  • Additional certification in Change Management (e.g. APMG, Prosci/ADKAR)
  • Related Post-grad qualification
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas; project management, change management, communications, or training design and delivery.

  • People management skills - introducing and building ways in which people can learn from each other, encouraging mentoring and the transfer of knowledge by designing and delivering learning interventions.

  • Has an innovative approach – a bold thinker and doer, matching creativity with vigilance.
  • High value on openness and transparency

Experience

  • Experience and knowledge in project management methodologies and awareness of new and emerging technologies and developments
  • Has good applications/technology knowledge, building on specialist domain knowledge. Has practical experience of and is proficient with project management tools and frameworks required to deliver.
  • Understanding of the project management lifecycle and experience with all stages of the product development lifecycle (concept to launch)
  • Experience in applying problem-solving methodologies and tools to diagnose and solve operational and interpersonal problems
  • Experience in providing technical guidance to enable others and solving technical queries from junior colleagues
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Knowledge of client/server architecture, object oriented design/development and package implementation
  • Experience using project management tools, tracking plans and actual statistics from inception through to implementation.
