The Change Management Capability Lead plays a pivotal role in assisting the delivery of our Organisational Change Management Strategy. This strategic position reports to the UCD Organisational Change Manager and focuses on developing targeted change management capability and training initiatives.

Key Objectives:
  • Building organisational change management capabilities and competencies through targeted development initiatives and interventions.
  • Driving continuous improvement in change management practice to align with organisational goals.
  • Designing and delivering effective change management development initiatives and interventions to enhance change readiness and capacity within the University.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing change management strategies to support the achievement of organisational objectives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver targeted change management development initiatives and interventions.
  • Enhancing organisational change management capabilities and competencies through the development of targeted change management development initiatives and interventions.

The 'Change Management Capability Lead' is responsible for building greater capacity and change readiness within the University, supporting the realisation of benefits from key strategic change programmes.
