Senior Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Financial Services Advisory Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working on a wide range of projects and programmes, driving digital transformation and strategic change initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and document process models, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services.
  • Design thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience in documenting business cases, business process modelling, and requirement elicitation through workshops.
  • Ability to manage projects from inception through design to delivery.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • 2.1 or higher in a related discipline from an academic institution; Masters a plus.
