Insurance Change Management Director

This role leads the design and implementation of regulatory change projects for clients in the insurance sector as part of a broader risk management strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive regulatory change projects for clients
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement strategic direction and focus of regulatory engagements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on business-led, technology-enabled customer propositions
  • Lead proposals for new client work and projects to deliver results within agreed timelines
  • Guide teams of regulatory specialists on multiple assignments running simultaneously
  • Drive compliance with new risk and regulatory requirements, support remediation of issues, and identify potential opportunities for growth
  • Cultivate expertise and share knowledge across the organization
  • Ensure high-quality project deliverables and demonstrate experience in risk and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • 10+ years consulting experience with a background in delivering end-to-end regulatory change projects
  • In-depth knowledge of financial services regulatory agenda, including conduct risk, governance, anti-money laundering
  • Experience working with financial services risk and control projects from a consulting industry or regulatory background
  • Strong communication and pre-sales experience/thought leadership development
  • Experience advising clients on regulatory change implementation
