About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to drive impactful change within a leading Facilities Services organization. As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic change journeys that prioritize the needs of both individuals and the organization as a whole.

Key aspects of this role include designing creative and engaging change strategies, mobilizing and managing change champions, and ensuring a smooth adoption process with minimal disruption.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change journeys that are tailored to meet the unique needs of the organization and its stakeholders.
  • Mobilize and manage a team of change champions to support the implementation of change strategies.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip leaders and managers with the skills and knowledge needed to lead effective change initiatives.
  • Identify potential obstacles and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Measure and track the impact of change initiatives using data analytics and other metrics.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading change, transformation, or organizational development projects.
  • A deep understanding of human-centered change management principles and practices.
  • Certification in recognized change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, ACMP) is preferred.
  • Strong coaching and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Comfort with data analysis and interpretation.
  • Practical knowledge of change frameworks, tools, and digital platforms.
