Change Management Expert

A dynamic and experienced Change Manager is sought to lead strategic initiatives in the Healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare, with expertise in project planning, progress awareness, and stakeholder engagement.

This role requires a seasoned professional with 4+ years of experience in project or change management, as well as a proven track record of collaborating with senior management teams. A minimum of 4 years of experience working in a project or change management setting is required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement change management strategies to deliver business objectives
  • Develop and utilize industry knowledge to inform implementation-oriented recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create solutions and drive progress through workshops
  • Understand client key strategic/operational issues and develop actionable solutions
  • Communicate program implementation, progress, risks, and opportunities through reports, presentations, and briefings

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, analytical thinker, and creative problem-solver with excellent collaboration skills. Experience in program and project management, including Agile methodologies, is highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical skills, understanding complex issues quickly absorbing information
