">Requirements">

  • A minimum of 5-8 years' experience in consulting or a client-facing role on large or complex transformation programmes in a financial services organisation.">
  • At least 2 years managerial experience, with demonstrable experience structuring and managing projects or programmes that meet client expectations and mitigate risks.">
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions to complex problems.">
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, gained through prior consulting roles or within large financial services organisations.">
  • Proven track record in management and leadership roles in People transformation projects and engagements in consulting industry.">
