Lab and Warehouse Quality Lead

This role presents a unique opportunity to join a globally recognized pioneer in Biotechnology as a Lab and Warehouse Quality Lead. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and documentation of quality activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain quality strategy.\
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.\
  • Review and approve quality documentation.\
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.\
  • Collaborate with laboratory and warehouse teams to implement quality initiatives.\
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends.\
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.\
  • Develop and deliver training programs for quality-related topics.\
  • Support the development and implementation of quality policies and procedures.\
  • Participate in audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.\
  • Contribute to the development of quality strategies and objectives.\
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve organizational goals.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.\
  • Perform other duties as required.\
  • Leads full project lifecycle from early planning through to PPQ and integration into Manufacturing operations\
  • Requires extensive experience within a C&Q lead capacity SME in Lab & Warehouse Previous experience supporting major new-build or expansion projects within a biologics manufacturing industry\
