Job Description:The primary objective of this role is to drive revenue growth by converting customer interactions into sales. To achieve this, you will need to utilize effective sales techniques and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Areas of Responsibility:- Utilize a results-driven approach to exceed monthly sales targets and cross-sell additional products within the company's portfolio.
- Maintain high service levels and minimize customer abandonment rates.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Deliver a superior customer experience across all touchpoints.
In addition, you will be required to handle both inbound and outbound calls via an automated dialing system, adhere to established policies and procedures, and stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively sell new and existing offerings.
