Role Overview

As a Donor Care Manager, you will lead the donor team and oversee all aspects of donor care operations. Your role is conveniently located in Dublin City and offers a flexible hybrid work model.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the donor team, overseeing relationships with third-party phone support agencies, delivering training, designing and executing stewardship plans, analyzing feedback to support continuous improvement, and managing reconciliation reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the donor team and ensuring effective communication
  • Overseeing all aspects of donor care operations, including relationship management and stewardship planning
  • Delivering training and developing staff skills
  • Designing and executing stewardship plans to optimize donor engagement
  • Analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance donor experience
  • Managing reconciliation reports to ensure accurate and timely processing of donations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have a qualification in marketing or a related area along with proven experience in a donor care, customer care, or supporter relations management role. Previous experience leading and managing a high-performing team is essential.
