Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to support individuals with disabilities in residential settings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of person-centred care and keyworking, as well as a working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant area
  • Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
  • Understanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in care
  • Working Knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
  • Working knowledge of Children's First guidelines and procedures
  • Full Clean Manual Driving License
