We are seeking an experienced Placement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that staffing needs are met across social care settings and homecare environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to telephone calls and emails from clients/employees, input shift information into scheduling software, and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to healthcare workers, scheduling them into shifts across social care settings and homecare environments.
- Proactively contact workers to confirm their current and future shifts, encouraging ongoing compliance with company standards and policies.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries, provide updates, and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Build and maintain professional, positive relationships with both employees and clients, acting as a trusted and reliable point of contact.
- Prior experience in scheduling, recruitment, or placement coordination is desirable.
- Familiarity with healthcare staffing for social care settings, or homecare environments is advantageous but not essential.
- No evenings and no weekend shifts.
