Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee contracts and ensure smooth project execution.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate site operations, ensuring timely material delivery and adherence to contract specifications.
  • Conduct pre-laying inspections to verify substrate condition and determine required quantities.
  • Maintain a daily work schedule, ensuring adequate resources and optimal usage.
  • Coordinate site activities within the project timeline and contract requirements.
  • Manage plant and equipment maintenance, performing routine tasks and storing items safely.
  • Ensure sites are left clean and tidy, meeting client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, providing necessary information regarding project operations.
  • Staff key roles with suitable personnel, define their responsibilities, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Comply with relevant statutory provisions and prioritize team safety and well-being.
  • Investigate accidents, report incidents to the contract manager, and submit health and safety documentation on a monthly basis.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in contract management and team leadership.
